Sales Executive — Hive Reality
Drive property sales for The Hive and upcoming Hive Reality projects in Lucknow.
Generate and convert leads for residential and commercial properties.
Conduct site visits, property walkthroughs, and client consultations.
Coordinate with legal and documentation teams for smooth closings.
Skills: Communication, real estate knowledge, CRM tools, negotiation.

OTA Manager — Bayweaver Nests / Book My Stay
Manage and optimise property listings across Airbnb, MakeMyTrip, and Booking.com.
Manage listing content, pricing, and availability calendars for 20+ properties.
Respond to guest queries and reviews; coordinate check-in/check-out logistics.
Analyse occupancy data and adjust pricing strategy for peak performance.
Skills: OTA platforms, data analysis, guest communication, Excel/Sheets.

Tourism Programme Coordinator — White Turtles
Coordinate grassroots tourism programmes across partner destinations in India.
Liaise with local guides, homestay owners, and government bodies.
Plan and execute on-ground programme activities and training camps.
Document impact, collect feedback, and prepare programme reports.
Skills: Project coordination, community engagement, travel, report writing.
